在3月15日的韓國TokenSky區(qū)塊鏈大會上，一名為鄭小軍的男子聲稱WBO將發(fā)行數(shù)字資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營牌照（針對普通數(shù)字資產(chǎn)公司）、數(shù)字資產(chǎn)交易牌照（針對數(shù)字貨幣交易所等）和ICO許可證（針對只發(fā)行ICO的項目、公司等）。

不過此前聯(lián)合國官方已經(jīng)在相關(guān)頁面進(jìn)行提醒：“A profile in this database and on this website does not in and of itself connote any affiliation with the United Nations, unless such affiliation is expressly indicated, i.e., by identifying the type of ECOSOC consultative status held by an NGO.”這也表示雖然WBO可在聯(lián)合國相關(guān)網(wǎng)站上查詢到，但是和聯(lián)合國并無直接聯(lián)系。
